40' OFFICE CONTAINER/RESIDENTAL CONTAINER


The largest of our office containers is the 40' office/residential container. Its design makes it ideal for residential use or for full office work. If you are looking for an office or residential container with smaller dimensions, we recommend our 30' office container or our 20' office container with sanitary block.


Standard equipment:

• 2x white PVC tilt and turn windows: 900 x 1200 mm, with insulated glazing, fitted with roller blinds

Electrical equipment:
• 2x external 400 V / 5-pole, 3 x 32 A CEE socket, recision in the roof frame, with connectable power supply points
• 1x electric distribution box with Protective relay, with breaker
• 4x ceiling light fitting with 2 x 36 W fluorescent tubes
• 1x 60 W fluorescent tube in the sanitary block
• 4x light switch
• 6x 230 V socket
• 3x 2,0 KW electric heater

• Wall construction with replaceable or fixed panel system
• Frame: welded, painted

Walls:
• Exterior: galvanized, painted, ribbed steel sheet
• Inside: laminated chipboard
• Floor: PVC

• 1x complete shower cabin
